A7. Authorize execution of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. A2015-161 with Robert Half International, Inc., in amount of $50,000 for total amount not-to-exceed $100,000, for information technology support services through June 30, 2016
A8. Authorize execution of Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. A09-07 with Pomona Valley Workshop, in annual amount not-to-exceed $125,000, increasing hourly rate of compensation from $10.00 to $11.00 per hour for daily facility maintenance
A9. Authorize City Manager to execute Amendment No. 28 to Law Enforcement Services Agreement No. A94-93 with the County of San Bernardino to add one Sheriff Detective and six Deputy Sheriffs to the Chino Hills Station to provide enhanced level of service to Mission Corridor, an unincorporated County area
A10. Accept Fiscal Year 2015-16 Street Improvement Project by Sequel Contractors, Inc., as complete and authorize City Clerk to record Notice of Completion
A11. Adopt a resolution approving plans and special provisions for Butterfield Force Main Relocation at Pine Avenue and Chino Creek – CIP Project D16001; find project categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Class 2, pursuant to CEQA Regulations, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Article 19 and Section 15302; and authorize staff to solicit bids for construction
A12. Adopt resolution amending 2015-16 Authorized Positions to remove one Senior Management Analyst position and add new classification specifications and salary grade for Deputy City Clerk permanent position in the City Clerk Department and amend salary grade for Assistant City Clerk position
A13. Adopt resolution designating Vila Borba Dog Park as off-leash dog area, authorizing interim off-leash activity in Vila Borba Dog Park, and determining action exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act
A14. Adopt ordinance entitled: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Chino Hills, California, Amending Chino Hills Municipal Code Chapters 6.08 and 12.40 to Revise the Dog Leash Requirement and Authorize and Regulate Off-Leash Dog Areas and Determining that this Ordinance is Exempt From Review Under the California Environmental Quality Act – Second reading (Introduced November 24, 2015)
