11. Receive and file City Official Reports pursuant to Travel, Training and Meetings Reimbursement Policy for period of December 14, 2016 through January 10, 2017

Approve reclassification of Deputy City Manager to Assistant City Manager, transfer of Information Technology Division from Finance Department to City Manager's Department, change of reporting structure for Community Relations and Information Technology Divisions from City Manager to Assistant City Manager, and authorize appropriation increase in amount of $10,600 for reclass
13. Accept Highway Safety Improvement Program grant in amount of $114,400 to install 46 countdown pedestrian signals at various intersections, increase estimated revenue for Miscellaneous Grant fund by $114,400, amend Capital Improvement Program to include Installation of Countdown Pedestrian Signals Project, authorize appropriation of $114,400 from Miscellaneous Grant fund to Installation of Countdown Pedestrian Signals project, and authorize appropriation of $23,000 from Measure I fund reserve to Installation of Countdown Pedestrian Signals Project

Adopt a resolution approving design and plans for rehabilitation of Grand Avenue from Chino Hills Parkway to West City Limit Project, authorize staff to solicit bids for construction, and determine project is exempt from review under California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended, Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq. (“CEQA”) pursuant to Section 15301 of CEQA Guidelines

Accept Tract Map 19904 (Bristol Lane) - TH-HW Soquel, Applicant, consisting of 42 attached townhomes and 68 small lot detached single-family residences and 76,700 square foot commercial lot for future development located at northwest corner of Soquel Canyon and Pomona Rincon Road ,authorize execution of Subdivision Improvement Agreement, multiple improvement securities, deposit to set monuments at $38,100, and City Clerk to record Tract Map 19904 after the City Clerk is provided with two recorded covenants

Custom Home Design Review No. 433 - 16005 Eiger Court; John Sheng, Applicant: Adopted a resolution approving Custom Home Design Review No. 433 for the construction of a 6,939-square foot, two-story, single-family detached home with an attached three-car garage and one detached two-car garage totaling 1,419 square feet and determining that the project is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act based on the findings of facts and subject to Conditions of Approval
