Accept final Tract Map 17362 (Lagos Los Serranos) by JTECC Investment LLC, Applicant, consisting of 95-unit multi-family residential townhome development, authorize execution of Monumentation and Subdivision Improvement Agreements, accept multiple improvement securities, deposit to set monuments at $5,800, and authorize City Clerk to record final map
16. Authorize execution of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. A2016-068 with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc., in the amount of $61,475 increasing total compensation to $171,080 for additional work needed for study of water rates
17. Authorize increase to blanket purchase order with Vulcan Materials Company from annual not-to-exceed amount of $35,000 to $50,000 through June 30, 2017 for street repairs due to water infrastructure repairs
