Authorize execution of three-year agreement with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates in amount not-to-exceed $50,000 with two, one-year renewal options to provide sales and use tax consulting and audit services, three-year agreement with HdL Software, LLC in amount not-to-exceed $285,000 with two, one-year renewal options to provide business license and transient occupancy tax administration services, authorize elimination of Senior Accounting Technician position, and add Finance Intern position in Finance Department
14. Review and file Annual Development Impact Fee Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2016-17, and adopt schedule confirming Parkland (Quimby in-lieu) Fee commitment to construction of Los Serranos and Pinehurst Parks
15. Authorize execution of two-year agreement with SDI Presence, LLC in amount not-to-exceed $220,000 with one, one-year renewal option to provide ERP Project Management Services, and authorize City Manager to terminate existing agreement with Nexlevel Information Technology, Inc.
18. Adopt resolution approving design and plans for Chino Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project; authorize staff to solicit bids for construction; and determine project to be exempt from review under California Environmental Quality Act

Introduce an Ordinance entitled: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Chino Hills, California, Amending the Chino Hills Municipal Code Title 1 (General Provisions) to Amend Section 1.36.050 - (Nuisances - Recovery of Abatement Expenses) and Title 8 (Health and Safety) to Amend Section 8.12.140 - (Alternate Actions) to Provide for Awarding Attorneys' Fees to the Prevailing Party in Nuisance Abatement Actions and Placing Limitations on Such Fees and Determining that the Municipal Code Amendment is Exempt from Review Under the California Environmental Quality Act, for first reading by title only - Waive further reading
