8. Approve Warrant Registers and Wires over $25,000 totaling $2,767,340.34 for September 27 through October 10, 2018
9. Approve execution of Quitclaim Deed to Eaton Lane Associates, LLC, for remnant Parcel 9465-5 located adjacent to Rincon commercial center to allow for development
11. Adopt resolutions adopting Memorandum of Understandings between City of Chino Hills and Chino Hills Employees’ and Supervisors' Associations; amending the Personnel Rules and setting forth changes in salary and benefits for Regular, Unrepresented Employees and City Council; amend Policies and Procedures to include Certification pay policy; and appropriate necessary funds from unreserved fund balances
13. Receive and file annual reports for Community Facilities District Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 and adopt resolutions establishing annual special tax for 2019 calendar and 2019-20 Fiscal Years
