12. Authorize City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Lease Agreement No. A09-04 with County of San Bernardino for continued lease of building located in government center for County Library through December 31, 2023
13. Approve updated Administrative Policy, Section 12.8, to revise procedures for usage and management of mobile communication devices and delete Administrative Policy 12.5, Cellular Telephone Policy in its entirety
14. Authorize execution of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. A2017-187 with LG2WB Engineers, Inc., to increase not-to-exceed amount by $2,600 for revised total of $31,950 to add two additional meetings to the scope of work for Rincon Project
15. Adopt resolution amending Statement of Investment Policy, adopting Investment Policy Guidelines for City's Public Agencies Post-Employment Benefit Trust, and delegating investment authority for City's investment portfolio for 2019-20 Fiscal Year
16. Adopt resolution approving design and plans, authorize staff to solicit bids and determine that project is exempt from review under California Environmental Quality Act for construction of Valle Vista Drive/Bayberry Drive Pavement Rehabilitation Project
17. Adopt resolution adopting list of projects funded by SB 1: Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 for Fiscal Year 2019-20
