13. Approve Warrants and Wires over $25,000 for period of September 12 through 25, 2019 in amount of $3,774,147.88
14. Receive and file Investment Report for month ended August 31, 2019
15. Receive and file monthly Financial Report for month ended June 30, 2019, ratify City Manager approved budget amendments for Fiscal Year 2018-19 totaling $71,915, and adopt budget amendment resolutions for Fiscal Year 2018-19 increasing and decreasing budget in various funds by net amount of $971,460 based on fourth quarter budget review and Fiscal Year 2019-20 to move funding for Caltrans Agreement No. 08-1682 to Mitigation Fee fund
17. Adopt budget amendment resolution for Fiscal Year 2019-20 increasing budget in various funds by $122,425 and authorize execution of three-year agreement with West Coast Arborists in amount not-to-exceed $3,263,500, including two one-year renewal options to provide citywide Urban Forest Management
18. Accept Rancho Hills Drive emergency project by GM Sager, as complete; authorize City Clerk to record Notice of Completion; authorize release of retention monies in the amount of $17,000, forty-five days after acceptance; and other related actions
