Receive and file monthly Financial Report for month ended September 30, 2019, ratify City Manager approved budget amendments for Fiscal Year 2019-20 totaling $85,195, and adopt budget amendment resolution for Fiscal Year 2019-20 increasing and decreasing budget in various funds by $808,212.25 for adjustments based on first quarter Budget review
15. Award bid and contract to All American Asphalt in amount not-to-exceed $192,444, and authorize City Manager to approve cumulative change orders up to ten percent ($19,244) of awarded contract amount for Pine Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project
16. Adopt resolution accepting Vila Borba Community Facilities District Parking Lot and Trails (Tract No. 16338) into City-Maintained System
