Design Review No. 471 - 4452 Los Serranos Boulevard, Steven Wang, Applicant: The Planning Commission adopted a Resolution approving Design Review 471, for the development of a new one-story, single-family detached residence consisting of 2,111-square feet of livable space with an attached 450-square foot, two-car garage at 4452 Los Serranos Boulevard and determining the project is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act based on findings of fact and subject to Conditions of Approval
